Surv. S.O.A. Oloyede-Kosoko
Founder & Director, Roseland Model School
Surv. S.O.A. Oloyede-Kosoko is an accomplished Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) expert, educator, and academic with decades of experience in surveying, photogrammetry, remote sensing, and geoinformatics. He holds a Master's degree in Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation from the International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), Netherlands, and has served in several academic leadership roles at the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has trained professionals, led numerous educational initiatives, published over 58 scholarly works in local and international journals, and contributed significantly to the advancement of GIS education and research in Nigeria. He has also served as a resource person for national and international programmes, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and knowledge development.
Driven by a passion for quality education and character development, Surv. Oloyede-Kosoko founded Roseland Model School, Oyo, with the vision of nurturing confident, disciplined, and academically excellent learners in a supportive and innovative environment. His leadership continues to inspire the school's commitment to excellence, integrity, and lifelong learning.
Our History
Roseland Model School, Oyo, was officially established on 11th September 2011 during the 2011/2012 academic session as an educational foundation committed to providing world-class Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary education in Nigeria. Since its inception, the school has remained dedicated to nurturing academic excellence, moral integrity, and leadership while preparing learners to thrive in an ever-changing global society.
